Hasn’t this been implemented in Solidity [v0.8.11](https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/releases/tag/v0.8.11) and [v0.8.12](https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/releases/tag/v0.8.12) via `abi.encodeCall`?
