Transient storage high-level language support

Are there plans to provide high-level language support in solidity for transient storage rather than just the tstore and tload opcodes available now? If so, is there any (even rough) eta on when that might happen? Also, if there are plans for high-level language support of ‘transient’ storage type, will it be able to support structs and dynamically sized arrays?
